i've recently discovered that my school's library carries a decent selection of films I've been wanting to watch for awhile and since i'm poor and have no money to rent, I snagged the following films to watch over the break: Lynch's Eraserhead (1977), Polanski's Chinatown(1974),  Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange (1971), and Welles' Citizen Kane (1941)...i just watched Citizen Kane this afternoon, hence my newfound attraction for orson welles. i have already seen a clockwork orange a few times before, but i adore stanley kubrick too much to just ignore an easy opprotunity to watch his work.

Ohay Sun. I see you have arrived. Let me just tell you two things:

One, IT'S NOT SUMMER YET. Fuck off for another month, will you? Thaaanks.

Two, I'm not your biggest fan, as you may have noticed. If you're gonna shine and make the days bright and beautiful (even though I live in the middle of the mountains and not in the beach) please wait until I'm indoors. I just looked at myself in the mirror and realized I'm tanned, because yes I tan that easily. Thandie Newton is gorgeous but I'm not happy to look like her. K? Thanks again.
